Everything comes together on our Harris M-110 five-color heat-set web press.  Your products are printed two-sides and the ink dried within seconds of hitting the paper.  Color accuracy is maintained by using an X-Rite scanning spectro-densitometer which scans both sides of the entire sheet in a matter of moments.  Each pull sheet is measured and stored with visual indicators for each ink zone to quickly alert the operator to the printing conditions.  This system allows reports to be generated showing the amount of variation encountered during the production run. 

A state-of-the-art digital register control system maintains circumferential, lateral and front-to-back color register and cutoff registration.  This device features a resolution of 0.001” at any press speed for the highest quality and maximum waste control.  Other features of our press include in-line remoistenable glue application (continuous in direction of web), in-line perforation and/or scoring, and in-line die-cutting.  Our in-line combination folder further speeds your projects along with a variety of in-line folding capabilities.
