As a good steward to the community, Donihe Graphics is committed to the preservation and protection of our natural resources.  Any meager savings of inappropriate waste disposal will never outweigh our commitment to responsible environmental policies.  Our continuing plant-wide effort seeks to research and identify environmentally conscious programs.  Current actions include: 

• Utilization of film developer and fixer chemical systems  to reduce the overall waste stream

• Capturing all chemical waste and disposing of it through approved hazardous waste companies.  This means no chemical waste goes into the sewer system

• Recycling of all waste paper with an emphasis on reducing overall waste.  We also collect office paper waste for recycling

• Purchasing of low VOC chemicals to keep the air clean

• Steadfast compliance with MSDS and safety training requirements

• Recycling of used ink-jet cartridges to benefit local civic organizations and keep landfill waste to an absolute minimum
