Our state-of-the-art bindery puts the finishing touches on your projects.  We utilize the best possible equipment to ensure everything comes together just right.  Our MBO Perfection folder creates anything from simple to complex folds including gate and double-gate folds.  In-line slitting, scoring and perforating provide flexibility in the final stages of production.  An in-line automated paper-banding unit accurately counts, stacks and paper bands folded products in color-coded bands for multiple-up versioning accuracy.

Our Muller Martini Bravo-T saddle stitching line features 10 pockets plus a cover feeder for higher page counts.  An in-line caliper can detect missing or duplicate signatures while simultaneously a stitch detector ensures products are properly bound.  Any book rejected by these quality checkpoint devices is left un-stitched and routed to an alternate delivery pocket so that no materials are lost or wasted.  In addition to simple head, foot and face cuts, our trimmer has a 4^th and 5^th knife for two-up production.  Add the capability of loop stitching, in-line three-hole or calendar hole punching and one can easily see the flexibility and versatility in finishing we have to offer.
